Cody Hartley

This scamper capped off a sweet 84-yard touchdown drive that put the Bobcats up 3 points with a minute and a half left, in their opening week matchup against the rival Tigers. San Francisco ended up winning in overtime, but both Hartley and the Bobcats as a whole looked pretty strong all game long. Watching their team kick off such an important season like that must have been like Christmas morning for Houston fans.

Hartley is getting better, but these kinds of cringe-inducing overthrows still show up on tape. A wide-open, red-hot Kaylen Caroll (who already had over 100 yards this game) should be a touchdown ten out of ten times. Somehow Hartley managed to throw him out of bounds.
